Smart Hotel Bishkek

The room was spacious with a bath, ideal for me. It was nice to find an electric kettle and glassware. Location: the hotel was not far from the national history museum and the opera house, center of Bishkek and all the major sights downtown, including Ala-Too Square and the various parks and monuments.

Everything was good, had a very comfortable stay for business trip. The property's location was particularly good, to the main city attractions.

The staff team was PLEASANT, the rooms were big size and equipped with a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, for example.

Comfortable and fantastic hotel, polite staff, greatly enjoyed favourable location just off park, convenience stores and shopping area and Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan in August 2011. The room was well-maintained and new-fashioned, complete with views of the mountains, executive floors.

Request additional toiletries at check-in to avoid inconvenience during your stay. Supplies may be limited in the room.

The breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh options which I really appreciated. The swimming pool provided a relaxing atmosphere, although the limited hours for use could be improved.

The standard single room was comfy and super quiet, with an excellent bed. I enjoyed the sauna and heated pool. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. Wi-Fi worked well and the staff were friendly, speaking good English. Close to top tourist spots like the National History Museum, everything was within walking distance.

The location is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and parks. The staff were friendly. I appreciated the lovely restaurant view during meals, really uplifting. The air conditioning in my room didn't cool effectively, stuck at 24 degrees despite lowering the temperature. This was a bit uncomfortable, especially in hot weather. I also didn't get to try the pool or sauna, but they looked nice. If they fix the AC, I would be happy to return.

I was impressed by the hotel's cute atmosphere and beautifully decorated common areas. The staff were attentive, promptly helping me navigate the hotel and providing thoughtful recommendations for local attractions.

Lift service could be improved for comfort.

We loved our time at the hotel! The breakfast on the 8th floor was not only delicious but also offered a fine view. The location was perfect for exploring nearby parks and restaurants with my daughter.

In my wife's opinion, the hallways need a bit more warmth for families.

While there were great views and friendly staff, some aspects could improve. The breakfast lacked variety, and there was an awkward experience during checkout, as the manager tried to charge more than agreed. The clean rooms and cozy yet tasteful decor made for a pleasant stay overall.

The room was super spacious and cozy, and I loved the nice setup with a sitting area to relax and enjoy my snacks. There were great opportunities to unwind at the pool and the spa, which really topped off my stay. Just a heads up, the soap dispensers could use a refill, but it didn't dampen my experience overall 😊

Each morning began with a good breakfast, and I loved the friendly staff's efforts to. Clean rooms added to a nice atmosphere!

Air conditioning was a letdown, stuck at too high of a temperature. It was great.
